i guess the question is when will they deliver on the 72 million shares at .............5 cent. I beleive this goes to .025 minimum before the split happens. to approve the issuance of up to 72,000,000 common shares of the Corporation at a deemed value of $0.05 per common share in settlement of up to $3,600,000 in current shareholder loans to the Corporation; to approve the consolidation of ...more
