best hing that could happen is that the peer review went great and the Phase 3 is approved. Also every government in the World is giving them $6M to complete the Phase 3...okay the last bit is a stretch but rest isn't.

"IF" Arch gets a Phase III than that would mean there was a signal, a signal for an unmet 20 billion a year market! By $7 you mean $37!!!
