Facedrive Inc. ("Facedrive") (TSXV: FD) (OTCQX:FDVRF) would like to provide an update that its private placement ("Offering"), announced last Monday, January 18th, 2021, is now oversubscribed. With TSXV approval in hand, the Company is finalizing formalities with respect to issuance of the applicable securities and closing of the Offering. It intends to provide a further update on closing of the Offering in due course.

It was closed at $13.50, of course it was oversubscribed, it was like giving away free money ... if you were able to get any... I haven't seen any disclosure on who did though? Does anyone know what the accounting/disclosure requirements are around employees/insiders if they are a certain percentage of revenues?  Hypotheically, if a company's management team or CEO was over 50 ...more
