I can't short this stock, it is near impossible. If I could I would be all in. I don't think they ever intended it to be a viable business. It was created to sell stock they have no capital, and no ability to raise capital to expand the business.

Hey $20 million is great for a micro cap with modest ambitions but this is a $3.5 billion company. Companies like Uber and Doordash probably spend $20 million/day to grow their business and gain market share. Facedrive needs a hell of a lot more than $20 million to have a fighting chance. Just as an example, Steer I belive has around 200 active users. In order to support these 200 users

Ouch, my math was off by a decimal point. Sorry, Facedrive would need to take on $400 million in lease liabilities (but more likely closer to $200 million) to support 10,000 users. Obviously $20 million on the balance sheet still doesn't cut it

torgb1, there was no meaningful short squeeze, just a story pushed around to get buyers to come in thinking they were going to make a killing, which they did. Good on em, congrats but the shows almost over now. Show me the profit !!!

I am actually working on another draft dealing strictly with its valuation. But instead of providing counter arguments to the bear case the paid pumpers/employees/fanboys just keep propagating the same rallying cries about Facedrive being the future, Facedrive being disruptive, the shorts are going to get slaughtered, etc. It is all just a farce. Like give me one single argument why you did not
