The CEO, Andrew is in charge but he has to report to his significant shareholders, e.g., OreCap, Newmont etc. Standard arrangement. It is common in junior resource companies to have investment firms like OreCap make recommendations like having Andrew elevated to CEO and have a director from OreCap on the company board. Its the investment firms way of de-risking their investments.
