Teck interest.

With Arras low number of shares the CEO said recently we can get other investors on board and new funds.

Couldn't do better than Teck.

They must see some potential., it's reassuring .

A positive announcement.

The market clearly likes Teck's participation on good terms, premium to market & no warrants. By early next week it's clear sailing. Elections out of the way on Sunday (20th) and financing closed on Monday (21st). Treasury topped up, excellent targets esp. at depth, and no interference at all with exploration. How refreshing.
