Nasdaq/TSX?

Just wondering with last weeks nasdaq demo, why it hasn't sparked conversation regarding listing on their end?… ya I know it would have to stay above the $1.00 mark but that could easily be manipulated via R/S.

thoughts?

Nasdaq, millken, what could be more boring. CNN? Cmon man, we need William shatner. He's on tv endorsing all kinds of cr@p. And Oprah audience giveaway. And Taylor swift singing her newest single, not some boring school lecture. Maybe it's not happening because it doesn't work. Tesla's car works, imax worked but never changed the world, it was mass copied. Ballard hydrogen fuel ...more

A few thoughts Maxmoe. Tesla's car works, you say; well, wtf, we've had electric cars since the 1880s, of course it works. You'd call Ballard fuel cells a flop, and you'd be wrong. The vehicle aspects Ballard sold to the auto cos that had been supporting the research, and they will start appearing in larger vehicles. buses etc. Stationary uses for the Ballard fuel cells are gaining ...more

Funny, electric cars worked? So why did they disappear as fast as they appeared? Let me clarify my literal friend. They didn't work in 1880 and they didn't work in 1980 either as a competitive, practical, useful to 'Everyman' , alternative to a Honda Civic. Ditto for Ballard. It's still not in use because it's just way too expensive. As for the stock, art is where Ballard ...more

I agree that for sure Arht needs to speed up, we are not relevant with such low absolute sales figures. In general communication to shareholders needs to improve - are we actually selling Holopods? I have no clue! Could be 1 could be 20 we have sold since launch, noone knows! The tech is there for many years (sure it has been improved and enhanced in terms of performance, product variety), so ...more

I find it strange that so many investors don't do their DD,yet still find fault in the company's behavior when it comes informing investors about current revenues,as if they should do this because we want them to. "low absolute sales figures"...Where did this come from, any links to this??
Comment by Synthesizer303 on Dec 21, 2020 10:36am
We will end this year probably with a total of around 3.5mio revenue (look at each quarter report), which is actually like not existing for a global operating company! Honestly, i know mid-sized fashion stores in mid-sized cities making more revenue a year. Thats what i mean with low absolute figures, this needs to be set in perspective and than a 133% yoy like in Q3 doesnt mean much ...more
Comment by steamerlane on Dec 21, 2020 12:07pm
Let me get this straight, you already know what the revenues will be for the fourth quarter, even though the company has not made that infromation public. Then we are supposed to look at the past, instead of future earnings?LOL
Comment by Synthesizer303 on Dec 21, 2020 12:23pm
It will be around 2mio best case for Q4, if you would follow this company close for some years you could roughly calculate what Q4 will be, given the events which took place, recurring revenue for permant installations etc.. which would mean we will end around 3.5mio total 2020 ... if they surprise with 4mio for Q4 only i'm happy to be wrong, but probably not gonna happen;-)
Comment by Maxmoe on Dec 21, 2020 3:17pm
I'll take the argument further. It doesn't matter diddly squat what the revenue will be next quarter. Because it's diddly squat. Anybody buying this stock based on anticipation of next quarter is kidding themselves. The stock is going up and down based on momentum, sentiment, blind spec, whatever you want to call it. I'm buying the dream, not the financials. Now let's sell the ...more

agree Maxmoe, the sizzle's where it's at right now. 4th qtr great sales, black ink, helps. There is steak with this sizzle, which makes it real. Best risk/reward around .

Yes, great potential, agreed. That's why I own it. I've sent messages to mgmt with zero reply, so I'm not sure if they even have someone responsible for investor relations. These guys are , maybe, so far below the radar that obvious acquirers may not have even heard of them. Anyone have a top 3 of who would want to bolt art technology onto their jalopy? Elon? Blackberry? Cisco?

Might try a phone call..ask for Larry. Mulling 2021 sales; min.+ 200 %, potential 3/400 % if infrastructure in place, and/or can produce it pronto. Takeover co.,? Dunno.
Comment by Whythenot on Dec 21, 2020 6:13pm
I've just never been apart of company who has no investor relations acumen whatsoever. It's incredible. Words ≠ material press releases.  can promise the world and hold a great video on YouTube and beam Jesus back but it all means squat if you can't write it down on a piece of paper and issue it to shareholders.  I'm very bullish. But beyond frustrated. 2021 better ...more

Word Whythenot, we are too long in this stock and impatience comes with missed opportunities - good business progress is helping nothing if noone recognizes what you are doing / exist! They need in parallel start promoting this stock to get out of the pennyflipper-struggle, i'm actually fine that they are very serious, but to be honest, this stock is mostly bought by retail folks who are used ...more

I'm expecting a min. 200 % sales growth in '21, likely much more...there will be lots of eyes on us, our shares and product line. Forget sp for a bit, let Larry grow the biz.  .
Comment by Maxmoe on Dec 22, 2020 12:10am
Friggin hilarious. I mean, good sense of humour. I only came upon art and bought some recently so I find it comical. It is and always has been, a big red flag if phone calls are the only way to get info. It's classic Vegas exchange promote behavior. It's time to get serious Larry.

You talk absurd nonsense Maxmoe. I speak to the CEO's in many of the jnr companies I put money into, have for years. You do what you want, I'm here for both sizzle and steak
Comment by Maxmoe on Dec 22, 2020 10:19am
You think your pals are whispering inside info to you? Or, are they taking a whiz on your leg and telling you it's raining? I'm down 10% and not happy about it. Unless you slipped on a decimal point or 2 about your shareholdings you should be on the phone with Larry asking "where's the beef?" I don't see steak or sizzle for the last month. I'd like to double down here ...more

so personally I think they are going to come in at 4m this year if not 4 than just below it.

Maxmoe, loved your 'rfn'. Okay, three constants, first two we joke about, the third, is change. From 1890 to around 1920 electic cars were competitive, ie, they were a success, with sales in the U.S. peaking in 1910. In the U.K., during WW1, a third of the trucks on the road were electric....( why ? )...men were fighting, women were holding industry together, including driving trucks...and ...more

I more or less disagree with every point apart from the fact that a cool william shatner holopod promotion for sure could go viral and would bring this to tons of different audiences - in other words, peopple would be aware that there is a leading hologram conpany called Arht Media. The problem probably is that william is not going to speak one sentence below 200k and Arht is seeing more benefits ...more

I have a small position in a company called Solar Alliance Energy (SOLR) which William Shatner is a spokesman for.  It hasn't helped the share price at all! I do agree though that it would be cool to see Capt. Kirk materialize in a holopod.
