SP progress from hell…

-30% in around 2 month, that's ridiculous, what's actually wrong with this stock!!! It doesn't has anything to do with economics or whatever, its a pennystock, it's only slightly connected to trouble of the big exchanges...its primarily retail investors hoping off due to better possibilities and this is happening primarily due to the lack of marketing for this target group, here Larry needs to start first!!!

So you dont believe ONE of the hundred reasons ive posted?
Comment by Synthesizer303 on Jan 07, 2022 5:46pm
Lol what are you talking about, maybe you remember that I'm also critical with this stock if business development is not moving into a direction i would like to see it moving, i know pro's and con's quite good by myself ;-) But the recent sp development is just ridiculous, it was quite substantial around 0.25 after the peak for a month and than dropped like hell - and this has ...more

sorry didn't mean to offend and apologize if I did. Myself, I  somewhat agree with your hypothesis that is why I never just jump into these things and hold them for long - they usually always give you a better opportunity. But for anyone following this stock - they'd be foolish to add any stock with a raise required - which is what I'm waiting for (or a huge presser God forbid)
Comment by Synthesizer303 on Jan 08, 2022 1:53am
No problem, all good ;-) I agree on the fact that they need to raise, for wework rollout in 2022 it probably needs even more money than the 7mio+ from the last raise, especially due to that reason i'm angry about the recent decline and that they can not sustain interest to keep sp stable. I really hope they have a big presser to move this substantial before they kick out the next ...more

So worthless warrants? Who'd buy that? Lol. I already got some. And you can buy all you want. They are listed. Actually the black scholes model value is about 7.5 cents on the warrants. They are "at least" 1.5 X the current SP with 2 years to go.

To date, sunset has got more right than the rest of us; might hurt, but it's true. Fwiw, Portl is a better name than holo this and that..imo. Based on the shyte kicking Larry allowed shareholders to take in the last financing, not looking forward to next. However, my main concern: is Portl tec better than ours ? Do they use a white background instead of green ? Is it cheaper/easier to operated ...more

Now this is a good and fair topic for debate - IMHO any and all tech on display today is not going to matter a fiddlers fark in one, two or ten years from now. Due to its infancy this will change and get better and better, NOW the question in my mind is who is truly forging, with their head down plowing hard, damn the torpedos onward and upward- IT simply CANT be ART as they currently cant otain ...more

appreciate your thoughts Sunset. Currently, Portl is my concern, not that fact that bigbucksCo. will enter the mkt in a few years. I want to know how ART technology stands up in competition with Portl.today. Would love to get an early idea of the usage our tec is getting at WeWork offices. Those WeWork installations are a major investment for ART ( bit of an assumption ) ...... if the usage is ...more

All good points sunset, but of course they have technicians working on improvements of the tec, we just don't know because its not in a state they can show it - at least they announced at the last raise that some money goes into R&D and probably they bring in external engineering teams to improve the tec & accessibility from user-perspective (and its a difference starting by scratch ...more

Yes, good point, fully assume we work would have chosen the best of the current tech available. As you probably have figured out that is not my main focus which may be a mistake. I just can see art keeping up with the rapid changes likely going on in the space. Obviously they are constantly working on improving but I can't see them obtaining the cash needed in the long haul for the scale ...more

Thanks synth...appreciated. Bit of a conundrum...the LED screen is v desirable; it is the level of performance that we're all used to. ART should offer both options....and if that requires a deal with portl, fine...Not sure what the remifications would be, given " Arht can bring many presenters virtually on one big space" with our beaming system, or even how practical it would be to ...more

I could imagine the following (pure speculation): Portl would like to go publicly traded, but not via SPAC shell. So what would be best? Buyout & Merger with Arht completely or at a majority interest and voila they are a publicly traded company. Honestly, it would be best if both companies would join forces, they both have different strengths and applications which in sum easily would make ...more

That's exactly what I was implying on ceo.ca. Larry can "retire" to the board and David can charge ahead.
Comment by Synthesizer303 on Jan 10, 2022 2:25am
Hopefully this is going to happen, would be best for all shareholders!
Comment by SunsetGrill on Jan 10, 2022 10:42am
Ha - great deal for Arht shareholders not so sure about Portl's. Let say they pony up 40 cents a unit or appox 60 mill. If so, ART shareholders should get down on their knees and thank God for, especially with no bank account left. Thats pretty rich by any measurement dynamic. (Hence likely why there appears to be no takers at this paultry mkt cap).

What a crazy panic-selling across all markets today, haven't seen this for years, bear market incoming..
Comment by Synthesizer303 on Jan 10, 2022 4:10pm
I really hope Larry is getting the SP back towards 0.25 before the next raise, which for sure is going to happen before Q2..
Comment by SunsetGrill on Jan 10, 2022 5:27pm
I have stated previously (Jan 5th for the record) that the next raise would take place 15 pesos; er,  ahhh  make that 10. BUT what do i know i bougt at 28 and sold at 23 - While I understand an investor who takes a swing for the fences. This is why I will not stay long in ANY company (but mostly ones on the wild wild west) whom do not have the cashflows to even keep the lights on. You ...more

And for the record as well,  next raise never will happen below 0.20. They have around 4mio cash left currently, should make it to Q2 easily, maybe raise end of Q1, but SP will look way better than ...hopefully lol ;-)
Comment by SunsetGrill on Jan 10, 2022 8:11pm
they still have that much? I'm surprised - at least there good at preserving cash
Comment by Synthesizer303 on Jan 11, 2022 2:30am
In October they had 4.5mio Cash, probably they are now down to 3.3 to 3.5mio, but still no need for a fast raise imo.
Comment by m8magic on Jan 11, 2022 8:06am
how much in payables due that could have put a dent in that a week after that rellease ?
Comment by SunsetGrill on Jan 11, 2022 8:19am
First off I have no idea but a few sites have listed the  co as having 37 employees (which seems to be very high) but let's say avg of 100k per person (which is also low for Toronto for high tech employees not to mention the ceo skewing that avg higher) but let's cut employees down to half and ur at 2 mill/yr right out of the gate  and if it is 37 people your at 4 mill/yr add in ...more
Comment by Synthesizer303 on Jan 11, 2022 10:00am
They are having around 20 persons (last MD&A status) and for sure there isnt an average of 100k if their salary. It's rather simple, after the raise of early 2021 they had around 8mio, cleansed 1mio debt and still have made it to October with 4.5mio remaining (incl. 1.8mio from warrants exercise), so i think my assumption isn't far from reality with around 3mio left, worst case 2.5mio, ...more
Comment by SunsetGrill on Jan 11, 2022 1:33pm
Your likely correct and I have no issue with your analysis. Either way it shows how much (or how little) this company is "plowing" into R&D. IMHO all these amts are relatively miniscule ie peanuts, which is why I cant wrap my head around them being able to win the marathon. To other things Notice how financials/insurance were will up (setting record highs) as the TSX DOW and NASDAQ ...more

Speaking of crazy. The crazy ikea monkey psychic is predicting a market crash so keep a little powder dry.
Comment by Synthesizer303 on Jan 10, 2022 5:46pm
Well, maybe a little bit overreacting related to bear market, hopefully not gonna happen, but big sell-off from start of the year isn't very promising in connection with the bad economical ingredients ;-)
