Reverse split not always bad
The reverse split is not always bad, especially if they are considering listing on Nasdaq. Yes, it can lead to dilution, but not always. I saw companies doing the reverse split as they wanted to list on Nasdaq, some went through short term dilution but in the end, the stock price moved much higher.
Although I did not find any mention of the Nasdaq listing in the notice of the annual general meeting that they plan to hold on May 26 posted on Sedar, but I sincerely hope that they think about it. We’ll have the opportunity to ask and vote on this.

Out of the mouths of babes. (It5 can lead to dilution ?? the whole point is to obtain future funding ie dilution) How are they are going to build a "worldwide" network on $4 million in the bank and CASHFLOW negative. So when the "stock price moved much higher" was it from $10 to $200 or 20x higher?? Just5 to get to even [- Laughable

Jassy: If such is true ( R/S to make Nasdag list), it will be on the back of us retail holders. I been through four r/s over the years and guess what? They all retreated price wise, after the initial bump, to below pre split. If it ever happens with this stock, we will lose valuable hard earned dollars. That's the way I see it. Would never vote for it...pg

A 20 for 1 reverse split is not enough to list on Nasdaq. So that will not happen right now.

Hmmm, not sure if lying or not. If only there were some sort of test.

What a weenie - the point is missed, share count, schmare count. They are setting you up for even furter dilution. NOW DOES THAT MATTER to anyone, excluding the Dufie, Duffuses (never sure of the plural)

Important to you maybe. Your share price remains stable (like its has) despite an increase in mkt cap. Buy more then. Good luck

Alrighty then. Time will tell. I took a valium Obviously i see potential here as well but dont like this one iota. I fear you will get your $200 mill market cap but there will be 200 million shares as well.

Well, that's sure better timing than buying at 28 and selling at 22. Lol.

Perhaps my experience is different than some here, but I have yet to see a share consolidation/reverse split go favourably for ordinary shareholders.

Understand the theory Tannin and hope for the best of course. Just a bit apprehensive.
