The case for v.ARTG is simple...the engineering firm wasn't
getting the job done and were meeting ARTG's expectations; hence, Steve et al took charge and said 'enough is enough. Either get the job done right or we will find someone else', which they eventually did.
Keep in mind that ARTG gave them plenty of time and warnings before finally letting'em go!!
So, Telemonkey, think twice before you post!!!~

it will get resolved in court or in arbitration. No point in getting worked up about it. The fact that it came to this is a negative on ARTG shining star.
