Jack- I don't look at their site every hour of the day and every single day. But this change is indeed in the past few days. Thanks for posting it.BTW - I never challenged whether he was suitable for the BoD, just that he was either the 10th member or he was replacing someone whose departure had not been announced or whose news of departure I missed (no one pointed to the later on this board

I am trying to understand how two virtually similar companies, operating with the same strategy in the same industry could have such dramatically different results:in 7 years:-IEC has gone from $0.07/share to $5.40/share-ATQ has gone from $0.40/share to $0.10/share.I think the results beg for an understanding of the differences such that
