ATQ Cash

Anyone have any thoughts about when ATQ is going to run out of money and where they will get some more?

There is no need for ATQ to run out of money if all of the suggestions received from past employees and board members are implemented. In fact it would seem that there would have been no need for the major dilutions that shareholders have sustained if these practices had been in place by management and board members all along. I don't. However, they did very recently announce an nice little order worth a few million. Companies these days are pretty careful in satisfying themselves that manufacturers will be around to produce on an order. Obviously, the failure of an order can be very damaging to a company that has obligations to deliver product.

Well, the bad news, the poor quarter, the meagre margins and struggles to meet financial obligations wasn't much of a surprise. What was surprising was the sudden upswing in business. So there it is. Yet again, we have real challenge and real, not fanciful, hope. It is not particularly pleasant for long suffering shareholders, like myself, but its a heck of a lot better than it could be. Yes, exactly how I feel. This company can inflict great torture on investors. But when you think all hope is lost you catch glimpse of a perpetually lingering thread of hope. We have been through this cycle year after year after year. I wonder when the cycle will finally break. By the way, do you have any sense of the significance of the issue with the covenants? How much risk does this pose?

There are always two issues with risk, gravity or seriousness of the risk and probability of the risk materializing. Obviously, we are dealing with a grave risk. Being in breach of debt covenants can bring the company down. However, there are some hopeful signs that the risk may not materialize.
