Does the Chair of the Board Normally attend the AG

I need your help. When you attend the annual meeting of a public corporation, is it not common practice for the Chair of the Board to attend and chair the meeting? Your guidance would be helpful. Either reply here or send me an email at forensics2review@yahoo.com
