Let's hope....

..... that the reason for no AGM follow up news is that they are close to finalizing a deal at Roncott or MB or both and want to report it in the next release.  Don't know what a $98,000 performance bonus was based on.  We know it wasn't stock price performance unless the BOD's were all short ATK.
