I'm planning on giving him a call shortly but I just want to make sure I have all my information correctly before I do. Does anyone know how many shares he currently owns? I know he made $178K last year and gave himself a $100K bonus for running a company who's share price was cut in half during that year, but does anyone know if that was a complete cash bonus? I would be a bit more understanding if he took $100k worth of shares but i fhe took the whole amount in cash and didn't purchase any then there is something seriously wrong there.

There is 2 million in the bid side at this point in time 1.5 - 3 cents.  Two big chunks are bought today.  Keeping a close eye on it tommorrow if this report comes out.

I haven't put in the call yet. Does anyone know how many shares Kehoe currently holds? I want to figure out at what price he needs to sell to make money relative to the inflated income he takes from ATK.

Don't know what you gain from finding out the answer but ...... .....If you reach him.....ask him why he has not provided any operational updates. How long is he going to let this thing go without doing anything? Ask him if he is serious about working to continue operations or selling the company.  AND TELL HIM TO STOP THIS NONSENSE AND GET SOMETHING DONE!!!

What I gain from finding out the answer is whether or not he has any motivation at all to sell this company, which I think we all agree is the best way for all of us to make money on this thing. During the conversation he had with my friend the other day he was asked why he has not been purchasing anymore shares, or why he took his bonus in cash instead of shares, his explanation was that he has
