Is this legal

General and administrative Liabilities: Office Space -$11,000/ month  Landlord Sean Kohoe!

So, Salary 178,000 + annual bonus 98,000 + Rent $132,000 Total payment to CEO Sean Kohoe

$408,000 a year!

Number of Shares= 1.5 million at 0.035 = $52,000

You think he has shareholder interest first-  This thing never sells.

Please correct me if i'm wrong... cause I hope i'm missing something here or i'm out alot of money.

You forgot the most important potential income, stock options. When a CEO does a good job and the share price goes up this is often the most important component. All of this for an executive who has this company seemingly as a sideline job.

That's IF the share price ever goes back up, it's pretty depressing at this moment.

so the boss rents the company an office for 11,000/ mo? Hell, you could rent a walmart building for $11,000 lol alls I can say is "wow"......good luck, cheapie

For the location that is acceptable. What you should ask is why do they need 11k a month office for six people? This company could be run from a basement suite apartment. Sell this company.

Because of Venture exchange rules, options must be issued above 10 cents... so options are not likely, to play a part here... the management would be better to buy at 3.5 cents then have the option to buy at 10 cents..
