That's when all non-binding bids have to be in for ATK's properties, hopefully they get some good offers and this thing can be sold for $40 mill and we can all be done with it.

Any idea how long after the bids are received that they have to inform shareholders of the offers?

According to the Sept 4 announcement "The expected time frame to complete the evaluation process is approximately four to five weeks. This sounds like it will not take long after Friday's close of bids to make the decision. We should hear something after that.
