No info from managment!!

What the heck is going on with this stock !! Ever since i bought it at 8 cents it has gone down!! Very frustrating.

I tried calling all day... if we don't get some news out soon, we'll see 2 cents with tax loss selling... For sale or not we should still be drilling roncott and spearfish...

There is nothing to do while waiting for offers. Shawn is probably working on his other ventures and appears to have no time for shareholders of this company. I hope that he has gotten rid of his staff as they are not needed having made the decision not to continue operating. I do notice that he still has his IR person but that position should be elimated by a phone message stating that no ...more

The longer this thing drags on, the less the Company (assets) are worth.  Production doesn't increase . It declines.  Salaries and rent and operational costs on current producing properties don't go away because they have stopped operating.  The loan doesn't disappear.  We need to end this debacle now.

It is obvious that Sean is not motivated to get this done. He maintains his salary and he will probably keep his staff to use in his other ventures. He will not give up the office space knowing to whom the rent is paid. In view of this is there any action that shareholders can take under these unusual circumstances?
