Proxy Battle

We would require control of the shares and then in turn need to gain control of the board.  It is a time consuming action that is not guaranteed.  I believe that Ned Goodman or Dundee would have done this by now if something wasn' t in the works.  I own about 2-3 million shares in various accounts but of course do not have the time or energy to conduct such a battle.  In Roxgold's (ROG) situation an activist shareholder over turned the board and replaced all directors, CEO, CFO and the whole works.  I would proxy my shares to someone else if they were to do this but I believe that a sale is near.  The reason why I believe it is near is that Dundee and other investors in the know have done nothing but wait.  I guarantee that when Dundee calls Sean answers the phone.  I feel the pain of the small retail investor and I am rethinking my strategy of investments of this nature.  It appears as though OSC doesn't have any teeth when us small shareholders are getting the run around.  Sean has done nothing in at least 6 months to a year but collect salary/rent and use his office staff to work on his new venture.  The production continues to decline and options expire(just retail investors options but not managements of course).

Do your own due dilegence
