Any idea as to which company? I guess the release will be out soon or so it appears.  A merger and cash deal doesn't t make sense unless it is a payout for other lands and merger of Pierson with company.  But usually a company assumes all debts and there is an agreed upon price? Unless the lands are disposed of separately and monies are then part of the merger? This is not typical? Is it?
