One idea as to why so long

The GORR fund is selling in the same deal and it could be that they meet quarterly and they likely have seperate lawyers to ensure there is no liabialities incurred(backsides are covered).  I am hopefull for this week for an update as there was another deal anounced today (Charger, Pace and Avenex).  I was hopefull of some deal like that as well to recap and get some new management in place.
