JUST spoke with Donna, and she had informed me that the package will be sent out by the 3rd of April.  If everythings together before, it may be a day or 2 sooner.  The voting is due 2 days before the April 24th meeting.   As I was hoping to have the package sooner, I guess it'll have to wait till then.
