You won't. They don't want anyone to go so Sean can give himself another 100k bonus.  With no shareholder opposition he can do what he wants.  That is why we all need to email Jim!

You can't have a meeting that contains a vote without informing the voting shareholders.  Only way past that, which is not the case, is to have majority approval in regards to the decision.   There is no way I am getting into contact with the Jim guy.  Other than making up a website, there is no real such thing as what they claim.

The rules of the Exchange say that a proxy must be mailed to shareholders 21 days prior to the meeting schedule date. So, one way or the other, we should know if they did a deal by next week.  Some are convinced that there will not be one.   At this point, I guess you can't blame them.
