How was this NR even allowed out ?

More NR outta Sean this month then the last 2 years. I bet he books himself a few $$$ "in leu" of over time for these last few weeks.  Anyone else notice he forgot on the atk side of that news release $million dollar buyout for the outgoing CEO. Under golden parachute clause!
