Option grant
So the Company completes a financing at $0.55 where investors are required to put up actual cash to buy shares and then follows that up by giving themselves a fat option on $1.6M worth of stock at $0.57. What have these Insiders done to deserve that? They certainly have not found an economic/commercial gold deposit. In fact, their big accomplishment so far has been financing the Company at $0.90, $1.50 and laughably $2.32 and then sitting on the bid to buy all the underwater stock from those busted efforts. Perhaps the 1994 playbook needs an update!
