AUD going from bad to worse?Numbers for Q4 are out and showing deterioration. This growth/acquisition strategy sounds questionable to me?

Net income has now turned negative: -106,496$
Revenues have dropped from $913,300 to $811,789 even with the new clinics opened. They then say "Management attributes a portion of this decrease in fourth quarter revenue to an unusual distribution of production staff vacation days (about 10% of the quarter) and considers it to be an anomaly...."
What in god's name is that? They cannot manage internal work schedule of their workforce? That is like saying to shareholders that they are out of control?
Suit yourself, but usually, the share price performance is in direct relation with the financial performance.
