Large $B company, history of trashing stock price from $50....?

Mercuria may sell off parcel of non core assests, but how can they bankrupt gold in the ground...?

There could be a fraudulent practice if this goes to zero....?

Keep it real, Mercuria lent money and took security, it's what they do. Aurcana borrowed money and failed to develop a business. Mercuria will exercise their rights to recoup the money they loaned Aurcana, it's that simple.  The stock is going to Zero and it will no longer exist or at best Aurcana will be reconstructed and existing shareholders will be rolled into a recapitalized ...more

Mercuria is the largest stakeholder, and who acted as lender to build what they already own...? When a $B stakeholder owns rights, $B banking owns the rest, betting against success...? Suggested retailers have no time for games.... Mercuria and its own bank lenders could face accountability issues.... What is the bankruptcy buyout worth....0.02....divided by 250%....multiplied by 250 ...more

Aurcana couldn't pay their loan, thus Mercuria will recoup their money through liquidation of assets. Pretty simple and it isn't fraudulent.
