CALGARY, AB, March 29, 2022 /CNW/ - Avanti Energy Inc. (TSXV: AVN)(OTC: ARGYF) (the "Company") announces that it has granted 935,000 stock options to certain consultants, directors and officers of the Company. The options are exercisable at a price of $1.36, have a term of five years and may be subject to certain vesting provisions as determined by the board of directors.

With the granting of options today to the directors and officers.  I am speculating {and hoping} there will be a big NR in the morning to satisfy investors. GLTA

Might be a bit tacky to issue a release the day after but a steady rise in sp on good volume tells us something I think. A little more testing to do according to past releases. We're in a GREAT SECTOR which is just starting to be recognized. The upside on this company is "limitless" and I believe we could very well end up #1 this year amongst our peers. Granting stock options to directors and officers gives these employees a vested interest. There will be conditions on when these options become available to them. Keep in mind that Avanti is still a venture company, options are one way of rewarding those that are there to help with its growth.  Testing news should be any time now.
