What is a realistic share price here?

We will be pushing 70 million million shares outstanding without counting the outstanding 9 million warrants etc.being exercised. Factor in a few more necessary raises to drill the remaining 8 targets with possible appraisal wells and thru the roof rising costs doubling the cost every time. Desert Mountain DME is miles and years ahead of us in every department imaginable. Their numbers are off the chart, they have completed many wells and we may never reach their level without issuing 200-300 million shares or more. Their share price has dropped from $4.45 to $2.05 even though helium has risen as much as 20X. AVN's float is going to make theirs look minuscule and they are about to test their 52 week low of $1.66. Is AVN really worth $.90-$1.00 a share or is it finding its real value now.

DME has a tight share structure but I think eventually you will start to see it come down peronsally I dont think their assets are anywhere near is good is what AVN has. If you look at some of their previous NR it's hard to see how their wells are going to flow with the pressures they have..... they put out some high helium numbers but with such low pressure it will be interesting to see how
