The reasons for the fall in share price are simple.  The most important is missed timelines for start-up, initial target was end of Q1/ early Q2, now we are looking at end of Q3/ early Q4, based on current corporate presentation. No offtake agreement, Chris was not able to negotiate an agreement and has now signed up a middleman to market their gas (for a fee). Third is tranparency with

I would think that most companies would deffinetly need third party marketing help to match buyers with their volume and pricing  , this would not be in the scope of the company's expertise. Thus I don't believe that is the problem , I think they are just buttering their hands with cheap paper knowing the share price will look after itself in due coarse. Chris bout 700k shares less

Ya definately needed because there are literally millions of companies one can sell helium to fresh out of the groung. Everyone on my street has a helium processing unit.

I'll wager that we will see further SEDI reports to show that Avanti insiders have further loaded up on these cheaper shares.  As you've said, the shares price will take care of itself.  With a suitable  off take agreement in place this stock will easily jump back into the $ 0.50 - 0.70 price range, and will slowlybegin to inch forward as more progress news of the MWPP is
