Best I can tell, this is a shell. The majority shareholder has sold late last year / early this year. I believe that there is no majority shareholder who has made themselves known yet. As far as I know most of the warrants and options have all expired. I am thinking maybe someone is planning to spin in another asset and do an RTO with this, and a couple people trying to position themselves before ...more
