Slide 3 AXE on 2019 Propel Energy Tech Forum

I recalled reading this many years ago.
https://www.acceleware.com/news/presentations/propel-energy-tech-forum-february-2019.html

Honestly at the time, I filed this in the 'too good to be ...' category.  Now I am a believer.

I don't have a clue about any of this stuff it always goes over my head BUT as with what you and others raise this is the reason that there is a fairly extensive heating phase cycle where the company will be looking at how to boost the power how much is required and at what intervals under what circumstances and time possible combining with other power as someone talked about solar etc peak ...more

that is true the things one can not control like the rain droplets the sun's light breaking hydrocarbons through heating them from the water etc is not what I am talking about nor something that absolved us from curtailing and being responsible and held accountable for dispersing more through our own activities. Things which we are able to control we have a responsibility and duty to do so ...more

Can it get to 1000 barrels per day? I think 50 cubic meters equals 314 barrels per day.

Pursuant to Acceleware website description: https://www.acceleware.com/technology/bite-sized-capabilities.html This shows that a $20 million RFXL single pilot well project should generate at least 750 barrels of oil per day. About $20 million was invested into the Marwayne project. Therefore the ...more

A pilot project costs much more than future commercial instalattions so I wouldn't expect the same production from the piplot project as from a 20 mln investment shown on slide 3.

I interpret the simulation graph to 1. normalize what sized RF XL system might be needed to match a 250m3/day steam injected SAGD system. So its saying it would take a 3 MW  RF XL configuration. 2. RF XL was first to reach cumulative 1 million barrels of Bitumen and it took 475,000 GJ while comparable SAGD reached only 726k barrels and used more than double the energy at 1,150,000 GJ.  ...more

Whampoa where are you getting numbers from? From AXE website has  " slide #3 AXE on 2019 Propel  Energy Tech Forum PDF" Its also 3 years old.  Reminder it would have been Rigel / Prosper.  Marwayne was not in the big picture then.  Mid 2020 for Marwayne. So, one thought comes to mind, that 3 years ago the thinking might have been 3MW equivalant ...more
