Regardless of What The Share Value Is Up

to heating start, during etc. I will say this much what the company did to drum up awareness actually shocked me. I said i highly doubt that the company would do something like this until the testing is completed. This move brings me enougj confidence at least right now in what i was questioning if they would fold to cheap buyout offers in which at this pont it looks like the answer is no. Nevertheless i want this move to be the symbol and outlook that all shareholders not just insiders get a fair price.

I have already said what i have about what i feel is going on based on strong circumstantial evidence what LA said about the current raise i will not spell it out anymore.

Ideally, i would love to see this get to at least .60 up to and including when the heat is turned on at which point $1.25 and stay above. After establishing consistent heat for 3 months ideally $5.

I am extremely pleased under Geoff the company did what i highly doubt what it would. Everything will take care of itself just as long as the company treats everyone the way they have the company and we at retail have seen it for more than a year and i said my piece on it.

At least now hopefully i can take a fully hands off approach because there isnt anything now Geoff and the company can do...they have given us the time to reheat and they have shown me that they will drum up business when i absolutely didnt think they would that was actually huge.

Anyways we deserve way better share wise and i know we have it this move is the beginning. Way undervalued still however that will not be the case much longer.

I am extremely extremely pleased and wanted to put this up because i have been crucifying Geoff and i guess this is my way of saying extremely well done keep it up and nusiness is business. Thats what our partners have been doing so should the company...Bravo.

After reheating share price should stabilize around $0.70 until contracts come.
Comment by Saskisnow on Jul 28, 2023 3:20pm
So we can disregard this "prediction"? A looooong way from $10/share! "During 2023 I expect the first large project to come in. Sometime in late 2023 the price should reach $10 per share."
Comment by JeffreyS on Jul 28, 2023 5:50pm
Share price needs projects to get into the multi dollar per share range. Until projects it likely will stabilize under $1 per share even after re-heating.

Ok maybe one comment hopefully no more as i dont know if you would respond privately. Here is what i think. You have Mike talking about a 500 billion to 1 trillion market potential. LA laid out calculations to which i fully agree and have already long time ago said a fair market is no less than $2 and should be $5. If you do the math on i will even go as far as 500 million fully diluted ...more

$0.70 after reheating until contracts, $2 to $10 dollars per share on first contracts depending on size of contracts.

NO YOU CANNOT DISREGARD THIS "PREDICTION." Please see size of revenues by contract size: https://www.acceleware.com/rf-xl/bite-sized-capabilities.html A 10,000 BPD project would have an upfront cost of $180 million. This could lead to a potential $5 to $10 per share price at a possible P/E ratio of 30 to 50x earnings. However, it is more likely the company would be bought out first.
Comment by ScarletSpider on Jul 29, 2023 2:21pm
How are you laying out your calculations??? If going by 180 million in up front cost and if using stockhouse of 120 million they have 116 million that works out to $1.5 without using the 30 to 50 times earnings. Now let me use the ridiculous 500 million shares. When I do that you have 180 million divided 500 million outstanding shares to up front cost that gives you .36 without factoring in the ...more

Valuation to start would be based on size of first project(s). That is not known yet. That is why I said $2 to $10 share valuation depending on size of first contract(s). Later or larger projects increase valuation per share. However, it is likely that there will be a $5 to $10 per share offer to buy the company after the first projects start coming in. Also, total shares outstanding are under 200 ...more

Just my 2 cents and perhaps that's all it's worth.  Insiders know the true value of the company more than anyone else and the will not sell for $5 to $10.  They own 40% of the shares with retail investors owning somewhere in the neighborhood of 45%.  The rest are owned by partners, vendors. So even if every retail investor decided to sell it wouldn't be enough.  I ...more

NOT CORRECT. Officers and Directors only hold 11%. NVDA holds 4%-5%. One of the early venture capital groups holds another 5%-10%, All told around 30%. Not sure what corporate partners hold, but if the Oil Sands companies held any ownership over 5% they would be mentioned and are not. So their contributions in project funding ($6 million plus) must have been made for something else, perhaps rights ...more

Valuation: $500 million in project revenue. Assume 20% Profits $100 million in profits. Assume: 200 million shares Profit $0.50 per share. P/E ratio probably 50x to 100x earnings as by that time other CTI and RXL affected industries will be coming on line including Turquoise Hydrogren in partnership with Aurora Hydrogen which has perhaps as much potential as Oil sands. Heating of mining such as ...more

Therefore a reasonable valuation under these circumstances would be 60x earnings or $30 per share plus. But could go to $50 per share. But also assumes at least $500 million in projects. Profits of $100 million. World price of oil at $150 per barrel. Non oil sands industries coming on line. Of course if there were $1 billion in project revenue this company could should up to ...more

JeffreyS, as you talk about 'reasonable valution of the company, did you  include the asset value of all the Intellectual Properties that they have developed ?.  The Company now has 18 patents granted or allowed to protect various proprietary technologies related to Acceleware’s intellectual property, and 32 patent applications pending or under development. The intellectual property is very important. But higher valuation levels cannot be unlocked without revenue producing projects. I see Axe as being valued as a leading edge high tech company. Which type of high tech companies get the highest valuations? I can tell you that one high tech segment called SAAS companies (software as a service) average valuation is around 10x company sales. So these ...more

Scarlett: Once projects start coming in then this company could be valued at 10x sales, not 10x earnings. $100 million in sales could lead to a $1 billion market cap. Somewhere around $7 per share. This is because of the uniqueness of the situation. As Russian oil starts going off line see: See Peter Zeihan Google Youtube Peter Zeihan russian oil. Thanks for the awesome converasation JeffereyS. I wanted to say this before bowing out hopefully from posting further. Without a doubt it looks like people seem to agree that the potential remains huge and at this point we can only keep holding if not also adding to finally see it materialize and realize it. So far it doesnt look like much movement on new buyers so until that happens and or as we ...more
