- the answer is pretty EASY - BOTH underground reservoir bitumen RECOVERY and hydrogen PRODUCTION are in the DEVELOPMENT PHASE of the CTI APPLICATION TECHNOLOGY - however, potash drying has already RUN A TEST DRIVE using the CTI and they are now in the PRE-COMMERCIAL stage to SCALE UP the PROCESS - once a BIGGER SCALED UP DEMONSTATION is PROVEN SUCEESFUL, they will construct a COMMERCIAL

I do recall reading in the MD&A I think, that AXE wanted to concentrate and therefor commit their funding to completing the Marwayne test. Which make sense because it is basically proven. They are just upgrading some of the components and tweaking the power levels to improve efficiency. Lots of irons in the fire, seem to be getting close to a major breakout as the technology is generating
