Axe might have problems in Alberta thanks to the UCP

The power grid is already strained in Alberta and the radio show-host "premier" put a moratorium on power projects which will result in delays in bringing more power. Not good for a technology that relies on electricity.

I don't at all believe one stupid Provincial Party will be stupid enough to buck the trend despite all the stupidity around the high interest rates. The fact is that the whole economy is moving towards electrification and the United Conservative Party will embrace it. There will be the Feds pushing hard for all of this along with the whole ev charging station and the constant move away from ...more

Sask lets talk logic. Wold you agree or not there is a huge push on EVs? With this push on EVs and need for charging stations would they have or not have them? Now if you are going from one source of energy like from steam to oil and gas why will you lag in going electric and not make the grids electric as well. Now strategically for oil and gas companies to sink monies into longer built out ...more

Scarlet, do you not know that the UCP governs by ideology, not logic. Google "Take Back alberta", they pull her strings and they will get rid of her like they did to JK.

Sask I fully agree with what you said then people will have to stop stupidly voting for a party governed by an ideologically flawed perspective which will end up in the same stupid way. And if people keep voting these people in and seeing their failed attempts of leadership having the leaders constantly take the fall rinse and repeat people need to ask are we stupid enough to keep voting this ...more

nope not at all did you even read the article I suggested? First read that understand what is going on here. Once you read that we will talk. Now as far as standing up I never said provinces shouldn't. Transfer payments will be a sore point for people but that is what the whole country was built on if you don't like that fact would you advocate to common wealth states which will be far ...more

Scarlett: Don't worry about this. Axe technology still cheaper and cleaner and faster even without Renewable energy powering it. Plus, this legal situation will resolve itself before too long.
Comment by ScarletSpider on Sep 02, 2023 8:26pm
Jeffreys i am not at all worried about this. Even lets say the UCP doesnt support it wants to give oil and gas subsidiary like i said to Sask the government cant deny anyone a license on any basis other than it being hazardous which clearer it is not if anything it is helping clean things. Only a real ignorant government or governoring party will cause problems in which they will lose on a Charter ...more
