What’s up ?

Has anyone heard anything through the grapevine? This is getting ridiculous the extended time it is taking to get the work over started again.

L.A. looks like we may have to wait until the CRIN get together presentation on May 23. News of which you posted here yourself a few weeks back remember ? I would like them to throw us a bone on something before then but I think they will wait, it's only 10 days away. Join us for lunch! We’re diving deep into the pivotal role that collaboration plays between producers and innovators to  ...more

Blitzer2 I actually am not expecting much on May 23. We know they are looking for the pilot partners to kick in some more money. I just thought they would have come to an agreement by now. Of course this is probably wishful thinking but seems like a logical reason for the long delay. If we were ...more

Yes LA, you may remember Scarlet posting here a few weeks ago about Capital Power pulling the plug on a proposed $2.4B CCS project. https://edmontonjournal.com/news/local-news/edmonton-based-capital-power-pulls-plug-carbon-capture-project This could be the beginning of really upsetting Pathways Alliance group's goal of still hoping to develop their wildly expensive CCS future. Maybe Axe& ...more

My guess/understanding is: AXE is waiting on $ from more industry sponsors to recomplete Marwayne. Say 2 more at $2 Million each and more $ from government programs. $5 Million in total. The heating and drying of mined resources is showing more promise now because they don't have to deploy equipment downhole. Everything above ground after being mined. Less technical issues. But I think we ...more
