- SUCCESSFUL RF XL DEPLOYMENT is NOT a MILESTONE in the Project Funding Agreement (PFA)

- I CAN NO LONGER SAY for certain that Suncor Energy is major oil sands company #1 

- major oil sands company #1 DELIVERED as PROMISED

- ALL the milestones were REACHED in the PFA and the REVENUES were RECOGNIZED in Q2/2024

- major oil sands company #2 (Y) SAW a WAY to SAVE $ 1 million and TERMINATED the TDPA

* $ 1 million in CASH & SERVICES including $ 50,000 in DATA REVENUES

- the TDPA CONTRACT was TERMINATED and the REVENUES will be RECOGNIZED in Q3/2024

- major oil sands company #3 DELIVERED as PROMISED

* $ 2 million in CASH & SERVICES including $ 50,000 in DATA REVENUES

* while ALL the milestones HAVE NOT BEEN REACHED BUT are 'EXPECTED' to be REACHED in H2/2024 when these REVENUES will be RECOGNIZED

* however, AXE has ALREADY RECEIVED the $ 5 million in CASH or SERVICES from these 3 major oil sands companies

With the exception of the 1 partner leaving the pack this all sounds incredibly positive. Two partners decided to stay the course. We have money from completion of certain milestones and more to come. We have received multiple government funding awards. We have received partial funding to conduct repairs on the Marwayne project.
