Given Arrow Exploration has a market capitalization of US$58.2m, it's hard to believe these liabilities pose much threat. Having said that, it's clear that we should continue to monitor its balance sheet, lest it change for the worse. The balance sheet is clearly the area to focus on when you are analysing debt. But it is Arrow Exploration's earnings that will influence how the balance sheet holds up in the future. Over 12 months, Arrow Exploration made a loss at the EBIT level, and saw its revenue drop to US$2.4m, which is a fall of 86%. To be frank that doesn't bode well.

Ok thanks! Been doing some dd as have been buying since high teens and 20s , not good at reading any sheets so picking some heads. Big caps have always worked for me , Never made any real money in penny stocks, may be this will my first good luck to longs
