As far as I understand, no new warrants are exercised. This is just an update. IMO

I guess even Joe gets confused about this today PR. NOTHING to do with the warrants. Has to do with the block listed shares (or fantom shares as per the Annual Finanical report).and Schedule 6 of the AIM rules. 40M of those fantom shares were block listed in OCt 2021 and 19.X remain to be issued/distributed. Not that it should have any impact on today SP but as per AIM ...more

Interesting Rob! You seem to be on the track about this. Not that I ever heard of such, nor understand it completely. But good to know. I did a quick read about it, still not clear but but ... thanks! someone on ADVFN thinks we may see $0.42 in a fortnight

It seems that the warrant sellers have upped their lowest selling point. Very orderly fashion imo. Maybe news flow next week.

Sorry Eagle but it has nothing to do with the warrants. It has to do withg the fantom shares that were issued with the AIM listing in Oct 2021. 40M were issued (no par value!) and 20M are still avaiable for further disctribution. It serves as share based compensation for employees, directors and board members. There are still close to 50M warrants to be exercised. Rob
