Warrants ... and their exercise price?

Do these Warrants have a set exercise price currently?...or will that be determined at the time of distribution if that even occurs?

All of the warrants are exercisable at 9p and vast majority of them will expire by Oct 24th, 10% of them expiring bu Non22nd. Rob
