Likewise, Rob, and echoing the approach as an investment rather than speculative... MA instills confidence at the Managerial level in addition to the investment side of the Project(s). My TFSA is brimming and happily so. So far the Cap gain is satisfying nicely, so a Dividend is not an issue, ,except that perhaps a year-end stipend of a couple pernnies would be bonus and incentive to catch the eye
