Poor bugger's boss pays for a fake news item and 1000 shares is bought. What the? Being able to call the company and verify fake news is really taking the sting out of all his nonsense.

I did some more research into the situation and it looks like the UPC forged a fake document and the Russians got duped into signing it. This happened because CAR officials tried to integrate UPC fighters into the ranks(DDRR program) and they wanted to pocket some side money.
