How are you arriving at your conclusion and headline that these two have in fact amalgamated?

the have not almagamated persay ....AXQ a struggling shell scouring the landscape looking for a gold project trading at cash and a apparent mngmt culture of lazy. NF a struggling weed complex reit on the cusp of revenues ,i put these two on this BB DUE TO  the geniuses of NF BB

NF defiantly struggling, I read their BB and not sure why you would post this without any news from AXQ whatsoever?  Please dont confuse things with assumptions.

I meant definitely...What makes you think AXQ is struggling. Seems they are just money waiting for a project to invest in? I get no response via email, but there are no NR to suggest they are struggling.  NF by the sounds of it definitely are struggling.

To the good doctor, I'm not sure what the deal is to be honest. Patiently waiting, I'm optimistic that things are in the works for the better, soon.
