Foolish to give them you shares?

At 4.5 cents someone is accumulating some 
very cheap shares.
With a million dollars in the bank and low
outstanding shares as well as a board who
is seeking the best deal possible “ without 
rushing “ for all concerned why would you
give up your position at the low?
There is a huge upside to this stock and I foresee 
double digit prices before September!

They don't have the million bucks anymore. They spent it all on poutine and cheap french wine. Now they are wanting big Justine the PM to bail them out like Bombarier
