Why vote no?

Management has no skin in the game, so it's easy for them to set the finance at approximately half of the most recently traded SP. They are, basically, asking existing shareholders to take a 50% hit, minimum, with this deal.

IMO, a sign of good faith would be to raise the price of the finance -- I mean, even a 10-20% discount to market prices would be somewhat reasonable -- We know they won't consider any re-price unless we force their hand, which is why I'll be voting "no."

AXQ was trading at 0.035 cents bid before being halted a couple of days later. It went to 0.06 cents on the rumor of something was finally happening. So, it is not true that Axe's shareholder took a 50% hit.  Now, the financing that is taking place at  0.50 cents - 0.03 cents before the reverse split - is not the decision of the management, but the decision of Terranueva.  There will always be sore losers in any market. Someone's gain is another's loss. I have been on the losing end more then once..  There has been more than plenty of opportunity (since the decline over the 4 months prior to the Halt) for people to double down, cut losses, or exit entirely. AXQ was a speculative buy at best based on rumors alone..    For those whom ...more
