Terranuava is near Bankrupt - Going Concern

I just read the Management Info Circular on Sedar.

The AUDITOR's opinion in the circular about Terra is scary. Basically said that there is a going concern that it may go under.

Terra's financial statement is a mess. It has negative shareholder equity. Liability more than asssets. THIS IS SIMPLY CRAZY!!
