Consequences of a NO vote
What are the consequences of a NO vote on Axe's future ?
According to many discussions with David McDonald, it is clear enough for me that the NO voters will have to step in, I mean to run the company - find a new CEO and form a new board. Otherwise, the stock will remain halted for many months while the company will have to face his legal obligations - auditors, legal fees, exchange fees, etc.
I am not trying to scare people, but trying to protect my own investment.
At this point, I would like to see more concrete alternatives by the NO voters, not science fiction but real alternatives. Maybe they will come up with something better than the not so perfect deal with Terranueva.
If they don't come up with something apparently better, not only I will continue to promote the YES vote, but I will ask them to change their vote as well.
Last point : the lawers involved in the deal have accepted to be paid with shares on the basis of 0.50 cents. David McDonald accepted to reduce his severance payment by 75,000.$ and received shares on the basis of 0.80 cents.
We, as shareholders, have the possibility to participate in the private placement at 0.50 cents as well. If it is good for them, it might be good for us !

Zilch... nada... nothing. Check the statements. Its balance sheet is negative and its shareholder value is negative and it is saddled with debt. Our axe balance sheet is in the green with cash on hand and a positive shareholder value. So take a wild guess which side wins in this deal.... I will give you a hint.... it's not existing axe shareholders.

Desperado, how could you explain that Leede Jones Gable will raise 4 million $$ in such a garbage, according to you ? If Terranueva was that bad an investment and Axe such a jewel, Leede Jones Gable should have put their client's money in Axe, but this is not that they plan doing. Maybe the financial broker should have consulted you before !
