boss power

Anthem should try and acquire another 13% of boss in the open market  to get to the 50%. Purpose being so that they get control and say where the 30 mil goes. Probably could get the extra 13% for 2.5 mil, not positive but I think they have 2 mil working capital plus money coming for hawk ridge, they could do It without selling golden band shares or financing. Another option would be doing a financing albeit at a higher price than .15 and using the funds to take out the rest of boss at cash value to realize the full cash per share value of anthems current 37%

And you loined today to cause you just had to share this info with us... goof, how can it be lost they already won it through a settlement, they didn't even have to go to court. Go get a real job cause it's obvious you won't make any money bashing. M

Well,Boss may have settled out of court with the government, but they haven't collected it yet.  Look at the Boss financial statements.   There is no cash there.  What is going on ?  Why can they not collect the money from the government ?  What's the hold up ?  There are some rumors that perhaps the settlement will not go thru .
