Similar story at Boss Power and Anthem Resources...

Boss Power v.bpu finally set out agreement to get their $30 million from Province of BC. When said and done, Anthem Resources v.Ayn (same management) will be left with majority ownership of boss and round about $0.29 cash per anthem share. Still trading at 0.135.
