Anthem and Boss combine - BPU will have .32/share cash
Anthem shareholders get .75 BPU for each AYN share and BPU will cancel AYN's BPU shareholding. Since BPU has the cash to explore the new Bell Mountain NV property and AYN's properties in Quebec, this makes sense. Boss has a great name and with good exploration a promotable story should develop. Both cos are trading below cash value now and after the merger Boss will have about 41.3 million shares outstanding and $13.4 million cash which is .32/share cash + good properties.
